COL JOSE “Joe” MAITEM (RET), CSP
Executive Security Director
Col Jose J Maitem (Ret), CSP served with the Armed Forces of the Philippines as a distinguished Army Officer for more than thirty years (30). His experiences in the AFP have nurtured his forte in the field of Personnel Management, Operations, Logistics and administration. He has occupied various positions both in the Philippine Army and the General Headquarters which requires the Commander’s trust and confidence such as: Administrative Officer, Acting Operations Officer, Acting Battalion Commander, Commandant of Service Support, Training Center ASCOM PA; Operations Officer UN Military Observer, UN Mission in Sudan, Team Leader UN Guards Contingent in Iraq, Member-Special Court Martial, OTJAG AFP, Chief Admin & Budget Officer-OTAG, AFP. He has the experience of more than 4 years on the Security industry as Security Director/General Manager.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree Major in Accounting, Scout Ranger Orientation Course: Basic Airborne Course; Special Operations Course; Armor Officer Advance Course; AFP Comptrollership; AFP Logistics Officer Intermediate Course and AFP Peace Keeping Operations Training; Training on R.A 9184 and
He is also a recipient of various major awards and recognitions such as: Outstanding Achievement Medal, Military Merit Medals, Military Commendation Medals, Long Service Medal, United Nations Medal, AFP Adjutant General Service Officer of the Year and GHQ/AFPWSSUS AGS Personnel of Year 2004.
CPT AGAPITO D. SILVA JR., (RET) PA, CSP
Operations Manager
Captain Agapito D. Silva Jr. (RET) PA, CSP served with the Armed Forces of the Philippines as a distinguished Army Officer for more than twenty (20) years in the active military service. He rose from the rank and Commissioned in the Reserve Force, AFP under RA 718 (Commission of Deserving NCOs).
He is a recipient of various awards such as Bronze Cross Medal, Military Merit Medal with Bronze Spearhead Device, Military Commendation Medal, Silver Wing Medal and numerous Letters of Commendation and Appreciation.
He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Forestry; Scout Ranger Orientation Course; Peace Support Operations Training; Intelligence Platoon Operation Course; Officer Preparatory Course and Quartermaster Officer Basic Course and Professional Industrial Security Management Program.
Due to the trust and confidence of his Commander, he was chosen to manage the functional and special staff of his unit as Operations Officer, Intelligence Officer, Administrative and Logistics and Supply Officer. In 2014, he joined with the International Maritime Security Company as Armed Maritime Security Operatives, Team Leader tasked to secure and protect the merchant vessels its officer, crew and cargo while transiting the High Risks Areas / Ocean Worldwide (Egypt-Red Sea-Gulf of Aden-Arabian-Indian Ocean) from piracy attacks against Somalian Base Piracy. His expertise in the security operations opened him the opportunity to manage different type of industrial facilities ranging from shopping malls, banks, mining, coal power plant and oil and gas depot.
MR. NOLAN V. BANDA, LLB
HR / Admin Manager
NOLAN V. BANDA was a public servant for twenty years in the Department of the National Defense (DND). He started his career as Researcher/Writer of the Secretary of the National Defense. During his stay in government, he served as Chief of Admin Division (DND, Legal) and Head of Appeals and Review (DND, PVAO).
A government scholar in the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) where he earned a Master’s degree in Public Management Development Program (PMDP). Holds a bachelor degree in Law, A.B Political and Executive Course on National Security-Class 22 (ECNS) in the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP).
Aside from a part-time College Professor, he is a freelance paralegal consultant specializing on labor cases and government compliance. He worked with various national political leaders as community organizer.
MS. CONIE JOY A. NAVARRO
Accounting Head
CONIE JOY A. NAVARRO graduated from Western Institute of Technology (WIT), Luna Street La Paz City of Iloilo in 2004. She earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management Accounting.
She had undergone various relevant trainings and seminars in the accounting field. She held various accounting positions in the Security industry since 2008 up to the present.
Through hard work and perseverance, she rose from the rank from being an Accounting Clerk, Accounting Staff and finally holding a position in the Finance Division until becoming the Accounting Head.
She has accumulated eleven (11) years of experience and develop her expertise in the field of Accounting. She regarded integrity, professionalism, loyalty and teamwork as an integral component of her working and business philosophy. In May 2017, she was hired as Accounting Staff of GSSI and eventually promoted to the position of Accounting Head on November 2019. Ms. Navarro will now be more focused on financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial strategies and monitoring the financial operations of GSSI.
